We will accept orders by Fax:
Please Fax orders to 1-239-561-8792. It is best to print out the final "Order Confirmation" page of the order process, just prior to selecting "Place Order". If you provide your own form, please clearly list each Width and Height GtG dimension for all openings, as well as hardware and grommet placement choices. Finally please be sure to include an email address or a telephone number where you may be reached to confirm fax order entry. We will not place Fax orders without first confirming with you by telephone or email.

Payments Accepted
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover for online and fax orders. Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, cashier's check or money order.
Shipping Time
In the contiguous 48 states your custom order will ship by DHL Ground or Parcel Post from our Fort Myers, Florida warehouse within 14 to 21 business days. Please allow at least 5 business days after shipment for delivery.
All orders must be signed for unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone.
We do not ship orders on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipping Charges for The Continential United States
Grommet Screens:
On orders OVER $100.00 (before applicable taxes) shipping to the continental United States by UPS Ground or by Parcel Post is free. On orders UNDER $100.00 a shipping & handling charge of $10.00 for shipping by UPS Ground or by Parcel Post in the continental United States will be added to your order.
Rolling Hurricane Screens:
Shipping is not included in the price of the rolling screen. It will be calculated based upon weight and what part of the country the products will ship to. When placing the order, your shipping cost will show up during the “Check Out” process.
Easy Screens:
There is no additional cost for shipping when purchasing standard sized Easy Screens. The price of each screen shown on the Price Grid is what you pay for the product (not including applicable taxes). In other words – Free Shipping.
Shipping Charges for Other Destinations
For orders shipping to a destination other than the continental United States the shipping charge will depend upon the weight and the destination. Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, local customs fees, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery. Please be aware that all countries have different fees and procedures for incoming packages. If you refuse your package and don’t pay the duties and taxes, the package will be returned back to us. You will be charged for all duties and taxes that are incurred by us, shipping costs both ways, all other handling fees and are still responsible for the price of the custom order.
